I will be taking a look at the electrolysis of water to see if the process can be improved to enable on demand generation of hydrogen to be used as a supplement fuel in a car or perhaps as a gas welding set. YouTube - Experimental HHO Electrolyser Click on Photos to enlarge Power is taken from a fully charged 60Ah Nicad, with no charging taking place during the test run (Pure DC). 6 Stainless Steel (316) 1100mm x 800mm x 0.9mm Plates in a +NNNN- configuration. The electrolyte is one litre distilled water with NaOH at 4 concentrations. 3.2mm gaps between the 6 plates. 2 Grams 4 Grams 8 Grams 16 Grams 1.6mm gaps between the 6 plates. 2 Grams 4 Grams 8 Grams 16 Grams |
